Typical input files for the simulation of characteristic peaks (Cu_cha.in), 
x-ray continuum (Cu_cont.in), backscattering coefficient (Cu_back.in) and 
secondary fluorescence (CuFe_sec.in) with penepma. Also the corresponding geo files.

For the simulation of the backscattering coefficient, refer to the quantity called 
"Fractional Transmission" in the "penepma.dat" file. The reason is that particles 
labeled "transmitted" are those going upwards and "backscattered" those going downwards. 
If you irradiate the sample from below, then the names make sense.
